Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time set aside for each service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file within 12 hours of the missed appointment.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments.
